Questions buyers ask us

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 shirts — enough for a small crew, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.

How long does production take?

2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.

Do I pay anything before I see a proof?

No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.

Should I choose embroidery or screen printing?

Embroider a chest logo, because thread survives washing. Screen print a large back graphic, because embroidering a full back panel is not economical.

Do you offer women’s and youth sizing?

Yes. Women’s shirts use a genuine women’s pattern block, and youth sizes are scaled through the body and sleeve.

Can I mix sizes and fits in one order?

Yes. Mixed size and fit runs are normal and are quoted as a single order.

Can you match a specific plaid?

Send us a reference and we will show you the closest plaids we can run, on your mockup, before anything is made.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. We digitise it for the flannel weave at no charge.
